Beautiful Design Work

At first I was unsure about how to create a good combination of form verse function with the Springvale project, but with the help of Yantis & Associates we got the architectural changes nailed down. The creative suggestions from Dorothy Durbin provided insights on how to pull together a theme of colors and textures for the unique contemporary home at Springvale Road in Greats Falls. I have added a couple of pictures showing how she tied together the natural colors around the property to pull in the brown and grays. We started with the tiles for the master bath then built on that selection with the bathroom counter tops & kitchen counters. To tie in the fireplace we selected an espresso color for the kitchen cabinets then added brush nickel knobs to link back to the gray theme. The walls are a couple shades for gray starting with an agreeable gray in main rooms, bedroom and going slightly dark for more accent in the bathrooms. We will be putting together the finishing touches in the next few weeks and plan to have the house on the market by end of March.
