Rocio Palafox

Rocio was a corporate finance professional for 30 yrs, held various senior leadership positions in multinational companies (GE & GE Capital) and a Development Bank (IDBG). 20 years of real estate experience: commercial real estate lending and investing at GE Capital Real Estate Mexico as CFO (1998-2011). Personally invested in office suits and residential assets for rent in Mexico City as well as in a real estate private equity fund in Oakland, CA (Multi-family) and a vacation short-term rental development in the  Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Strategic Marketing Manager

Catie leads the P.I.E. digital marketing efforts and online presence. She has a bachelors degree in Communications from James Madison University and numerous Google Ads certifications, She help the companies grow their market presence and revenue through strategic planning and tactical execution of lead generation marketing programs. In her free time, she is passionate about volunteering at her local animal shelter and enjoys hiking & rock climbing on the weekends.
