Property Improvement Enterprises has been busy at work remodeling a unique property on Springvale Road. A property that was purchased from a very special woman. A woman who experienced the loss of her husband after a beautiful and big life in their Springvale Road home.

The couple designed the house from bottom-up in 1977 and built it a year later. Together, over the years, they turned this house into a home. A home with a sweeping, world-class orchard, located right on the property in a large, custom greenhouse. They lived in the property for 40 meaningful years. 40 years full of life, full of love and full of beauty. And now, this very special property is almost ready for its new family to make memories.

When Property Improvement Enterprises redevelops or remodels a home, we recognize it’s inherent uniqueness and authenticity. Since we’ve begun working on this Springvale home, we’ve made sure to preserve it’s charm, while updating the property to fit modern lifestyle.

So far, we’ve remodeled the kitchen and made room for a larger master bathroom and walk-in closest. Additionally, we’ve updated the existing hall bathroom and powder room — all of which will add great value to the home. Other renovations include an updated septic system and two additional rooms in the basement. 

This Springvale Road property is full of potential and it’s been Property Improvement Enterprises’ job to bring that potential into the light.
