Springvale Road Project

The 526 Springvale Road property was built in 1978 on lovely 2-acre lot in Great Falls, Virginia. We secured the contract to purchase the 2562 sqft contemporary home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths earlier this month. We plan to finish the basement which will increase the square footage by 1200 sqft while adding 2 bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. In addition to the expanded square footage. We will be updating the kitchen & existing bathrooms, as well as, update flooring and painting the entire property. In addition, we will be expanding the septic system to accommodate the additional bedrooms to upgrade this home a 5 bedroom and 4 bath.
