On The Market

The Property Improvement Enterprises team finally has two of our renovation projects on the market this week. One in Mt Rainier and the other in Edgewater, Maryland. After just over a year for each of these projects. They basically are two new builds. The houses were striped down to the studs. We added additional living space by expanding the second floors and adding additional bedrooms and baths. 

The project at 3700 35th Mt. Rainier MD 20712 was acquired in March of 2021 after being held up for a year in legal issues with the title,  The house only had 2 bedrooms & attic space. We added a new staircase and expanded the upstairs with three dormers. The house now has  3 full baths and 4 bedrooms for a total of 2744 sqft of living space. This house was renovated by our general contractor MA Builders and it  is our first house on the market in 2022.  The property is listed with Alex Martinez team at The Agency for a selling price of $649,999. 

The project at 1623 Millstone Dr. Edgewater MD 21037 was acquired in November 2020. After several permitting delays and a tornado created by Hurricane Ida we rebuilt the whole house from the foundation up with the help of the Red Anchor Renovation crews. The 1940 house now has a modern look with state of the art finishes, four bedrooms, three bathrooms in 2350 sqft. List for $535,000 on this MLS Friday by Romeo Santos at Livian Homes.
