The Property Improvement Enterprises team finally completed the process of getting Midvale Rd Lots & & 11 subdivided and permits to build. It has been a learning process over the last six months to get to this point in the game. Now the real fun begins. We had the excavation crew from JL City Concrete set up sediment control fencing, dig out the two foundations and pipe the footer in the first week of July. The concrete footers and walls poured in mid July. The Family Fire and Plumbing Service installed the ground work so flooring could be poured. The framing started at the end of the month. If inspections go well we can  finish framing in three to four weeks assuming the lumber packages show up as scheduled and the crews have power to run the nail guns. 


Goal is to have the two houses completed by the end of October. The larger house will be 3700 and the smaller house will be 2800 sqft including finished basements. Our target listing prices  for the large and the small houses will be $835K and $750K, respectively. The Property Improvement Enterprises team  will keep posting progress on these two new smart and sustainable homes in Kensington, MD over the next couple of months.
